Return Policy for Heart to Art Gallery

Condition: The mezuzah must be in its original, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Refund: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

Custom Orders: Due to their unique nature, custom-designed or personalized mezuzahs are not eligible for return unless there's a manufacturing defect.

Damaged Items: If your mezuzah arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
